And, yes, there are some cheaters on PC so beware of that. I honestly advise anyone to ditch FIFA for PC and just go with console, because on console the transfer market in FUT is more active, lower wait times for match-ups, and the graphics on PC don't compare with console.
It hurts me to say all of that because I'm such a PC player, but yeah FIFA on PC did not meet my expectations at all. - 6404 postsBig Money Moveand the graphics on PC don't compare with console.

Sorry what?
The PC graphics weren't given any love until fifa 15 I think. Now I thought they are exactly the same as each other. - 6404 postsBig Money MoveJuly 28, 2018 8:56AMedited July 2018The game is exactly the same as on consoles since fifa 12. Except FIFA 14 for PS4/XB1, which was released later in november.
PC graphics on ultra on frostbite engine is a little bit better than on consoles.
But you can also option to play on higher framerates than 60, so it can be smoother than console version if you want it. If you would play fifa on 144hz monitor you would want to go back to consoles. - 12 postsBall BoyThere are some cheaters on PC, but its not a big deal for me.
I also never had trouble to finding opponents fast.
I play with 144hz and I do not want to miss it either
Console comunity is much bigger, but i do not have any console, so i play it on PC since 2012
This year, I'll get Origin Access Premier. - 172 postsHas Potential To Be SpecialJuly 28, 2018 2:12PMedited July 2018pc graphic is similar ( like all sport game), but the framerate is much higher.
moreover you can also modding the game with lots of graphic and content patches, how to add new leagues etc. etc.
The only Fault On PC is thai catalogue EASFC and the boots are never updated, on PS4 And One yes.
cheater I've never found them to tell the truth - 34 postsLast Pick at the Parkand the graphics on PC don't compare with console.
I'm sorry, but you'd have to be a moron to think that PC FIFA graphics are better than the console. They focus more on console more than anything, so that's why FIFA 18 on PC looks like FIFA 14. - 107 postsHas Potential To Be SpecialI’m sure that they will ignore us in fifa 19 too with the boots update.

FIFA 18 graphics does not look like FIFA 14. You just said that out of spite! You know perfectly well that FIFA 18 PC does not look like FIFA 14. I know it as I have played console versions before as well. I've played the FIFA 18 PC Demo. Didn't buy FIFA 18 last year. But having played the demo it was a major graphical improvement compared to FIFA 17 PC that I still play online from time to time.
FIFA graphics end up becoming better than on consoles when you play it on 4K resolution and increase MSAA 4x/8x along with graphics mods. This is not me being biased. I have a 4K monitor and I can see the clarity difference between 4K and 1080P. Although identical as a port. Simply put, FIFA on PC at max settings and when you force with Nvidia/AMD Control Panel further MSAA and Anisotropic filtering it looks better than on Console, even if it's a modest improvement!
Now console version is better in a way that there are no restrictions in hardware. You can play on high details straight out of the box. Console version is better than PC version on low detail. If you have a weak computer, I recommend the console version. But if you have a mid-high end PC I see no reason why not to get the PC version. There are cheaters but only in Ultimate Team. Seasons I've rarely experienced cheaters. Only maybe encountered 20 cheaters in over 3000+ online seasons matches in FIFA 17 PC. For this small margin I won't complain. Plus I don't care about FUT. - 12 postsBall Boyand the graphics on PC don't compare with console.

No, that was before FIFA 12. Since FIFA 12 the PC version looks slightly better, because of AA. Or when you play on a higher resolution. And 144hz is a big point for PC. - 66 postsPark CaptainJuly 29, 2018 11:05AMedited July 2018Let the console peasants at 60hz keep throwing the toys out the pram. Yeah, I just took a dig - but if people want a more affordable option then that's their choice.

I play fps games on pc. 144hrz is a pure fun.
But sport games better in ps4pro.
Fifa looks great on 65” 4k HDR tv. And with home theater..
The only advantage in pc is higher frames. Thats it. Smaller community hackers.
So better to have both worlds mate. And play the right games on the right platform.
So maybe its u the peasant here. - 14 postsBall BoyGuys should i buy fifa 19 on pc with these specs?? Will i be fine? i5 7300hq, 1050 gtx 4gb vram, 8gb ram. I play only offline so i prefer playing on pc.

Not really sure about your processor. Can you play any other games?
Your gfx card would be enough for FIFA 18 though (I play on a 1050). I have an i7 though so can't comment on the processor.
You're best off waiting a month or so till EA announce the specs. You can always try the demo as well if you're unsure. - 14 postsBall Boy0

Fifa 18 took up a ton of memory for me. Have i7 7700k and 1070. Fifa+chrome Was crashing my pc with blue screen. I had been overclocking quite a bit though (even though other games didnt give me issues) but I stopped overclocking this week and havt had a blue screen. If anything, you might just need another 8gb of ram, but play the demo and pull up a browser and try to max your memory out and see if its going to be a problem - 14 postsBall Boy0
- 14 postsBall BoyBtw for ram try razer cortex is very good. It helps a lot ☺
- 14 postsBall BoyGuys i tried fifa 18 demo. It runs fine 60fps+ and high settings ☺. I think i will be fine with fifa 19. But we have to see the new specs first.
- 395 postsSunday League HeroIt really depends on optimisation. Here's a problem I faced in the FIFA 18 Demo which runs perfectly with no lag/stuttering. Basically I have a strange problem that is not related to drop in frame rate or stuttering. In fact I am running the game perfectly maxed out at 4K Resolution with 4xMSAA 60 frames per second Ultra detail setting. Everything is running silky smooth. Using GTX 960 4GB, AMD FX-8370 and 8GB RAM, Windows 8.1. And I have the latest Nvidia Drivers that seem to not make any difference.
That was the reason I didn't buy FIFA 18. After 1 hour the game starts to freeze for a few milliseconds. I cannot explain why this is happening despite the fact that FIFA 18 has more or a less similar system specifications to FIFA 17. FIFA 17 runs perfectly fine all maxed out and no freezing even after hours of play. I've played it for over 1000+ hours with no issues.
I will have to see if a similar issue arises to FIFA 19 PC Demo. If it does then I'll have to either upgrade my system or skip the game entirely. I've checked my system it's not overheating issue. Either the FIFA 18 Demo wasn't optimised properly or there is some sort of memory leak after 1 hour of play. - 1002 postsProfessionalGuys i tried fifa 18 demo. Good! You pull up a browser in the background? Maybe play some youtube to simulate things you'd be doing? - 14 postsBall BoyCome on guys dont be so negative ☺ even a low end laptops can run these games. Even cards like 930m or 940mx with a lot of fps smooth as butter. Be positive dont worry so much. I will stop my messages here. Have a nice day to all!

If you pull up task manager when it runs do you see any crazy jumps in CPU or Memory activity? Also do you overclock at all?
